Knowledge RequirementsProven expertise in annual giving, mid-level giving, donor acquisition, and engagement strategies that drive sustained philanthropic support. Proven track record in designing and growing annual giving strategies across multiple channels, achieving strong donor acquisition and retention results. Demonstrated success managing data and segmentation strategies in a fundraising database (CRM), while utilizing spreadsheets and large databases. Demonstrated experience in developing healthcare fundraising strategies or grateful patient fundraising programs, and a working knowledge of HIPAA regulations in a philanthropic context. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling donor communications, appeals, and campaign messaging across print and digital channels. Strong project, budget, and vendor management skills, with the ability to lead multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to analyze data for segmentation, performance tracking, and campaign ROI analysis.
