Reporting to the International Markets ASI Team Lead, this person will be responsible for leading the Agile processes that structure our analytics innovation and delivery process across large scale, complex Commercial Analytics projects. You will be a part of the Global Commercial Analytics organization supporting China to further drive analytics capability roadmap. You will partner very closely with IIS, data scientists, data engineers, and other key local stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for analytics innovation as well as scale up opportunities across China and other International markets.
We are looking for someone who will drive alignment, value realization, robust planning, and effective program management to ensure seamless cross-functional execution aligned with the International analytics roadmap. The ideal candidate should have proven program management experience, strong technical knowledge in managing complex analytics and data product capabilities, and an open-minded approach to innovatively integrate data and analytics across key business processes.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will drive alignment, ensure value realization, and manage robust planning and effective program management. Your focus will be on seamless cross-functional execution and synchronization between China and International analytics roadmaps. You will create and deliver program roadmaps for analytics projects by collaborating with various teams, including Insights Strategy & Execution (IIS), Data Science, Data Engineering, Digital, and other partner teams. Your responsibilities will include establishing and documenting the scope and schedule, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will consolidate larger priorities into a manageable portfolio, establish Agile best practices, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups. You must demonstrate business acumen, communicate clearly with business leaders, and bring structure to uncertain situations. Role Responsibilities:
Design and implement processes to drive analytics innovation from ideation to scale up phase, working collaboratively with large matrixed teams of IIS, Data Scientists, Engineers and Governance & Transformation leaders.Facilitate sourcing of new ground braking GenAI/Advanced analytics opportunities both internally and externally.Leverage strong relationships with key leaders across a variety of teams to support current and future initiatives.Serve as the advisor to other teams and International Markets ASI Lead to develop China and International analytics strategy.Promotes innovation and takes risk to challenge status quo, Identifying new business opportunities and developing solutions that balance impact, cost, resourcing, timeline, success likelihood, and risk.Demonstrate foresight and judgement in complex decisions and troubleshoots ambiguous situations to provide clarity for cross functional teams.Execute program management activities across portfolio of projects that include, coordinating activities between internal teams and partners, tracking progress towards achievements, continuously anticipating changes to plans, and keeping teams and leadership updated on status.Leading regular executive communication with teammates, partners, and leadership and conducting periodic reviews with executive sponsors.QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering or similar related field required; MS or MBA preferred.10+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating career progression through levels of responsibility leading projects within data engineering, analytics, or other related settings.PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe certified or equivalent required; must have a proven track record of setting up and leading agile development using SAFe, Scrum, XP etc.Experience leading cross functional teams in a working in a dynamic, results-driven environment.Mastery of complex business, engineering, and analytic issues, and provide in-depth evaluations of underlying causes and potential solutions.Experience in implementation of prioritization programs, roadmaps using KPI/OKR methodology, and program management required; portfolio management is a plus.Experience in managing trade-offs and prioritizing using data across portfolio of projects.A creative problem solver with an excellent ability to influence without authority.Mastery of influencing without authority, leveraging written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.The ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.Solid sense of ownership, customer service, collaboration, and integrityProactive in approach, focus on innovation and ability to learn new technologies.Ability to manage conflicting ideas, concepts, and creating an environment to ensure all voices are heard, and to own the hard calls.Ability to work outside own area of expertise, perform business discovery, simplify problems, extract key information, and propose innovative solutions.Inquisitiveness and a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skillsHealthcare Industry experience, with understanding of commercial processesData science or machine learning experience, Management consulting, or other relevant product management experience a plus.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
