Overview Director Agile Program Management As a Director Agile Program Management specializing in Salesforce Core Platform, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional Agile programs that drive the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for defining program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and overseeing the execution of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, Salesforce architecture, and product management will be instrumental in delivering high-impact, scalable solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Your Impact Lead and oversee Agile program management for large-scale Salesforce Core Platform implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Define and drive the program strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. Establish and maintain Agile best practices, ensuring efficient program execution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, ensuring teams are aligned, motivated, and delivering value at scale. Oversee program governance, financial management, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, ensuring smooth program execution and stakeholder alignment. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, empowering teams to deliver cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. Measure and track program performance, using data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in Agile program management, with a focus on Salesforce Core Platform and enterprise-level implementations. Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation, with a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities and best practices. Strong background in Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Portfolio Management. Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs, with a track record of successful delivery in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to program management. Proficiency in program governance, financial planning, and risk management, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on customer experience, business agility, and innovation. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are a plus.
