Pfizer has over a decade of experience in Hematology-Oncology, with nine approved medicines available in over 80 countries in 18 indications that have reached over 239,000 patients worldwide. Our medicines treat the main types of blood cancers, including MM, chronic and acute leukemias, and lymphomas, spanning all three of our core scientific modalities: antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), bispecific antibodies, and small molecules.

ADCETRIS is a foundational Hematology/Oncology brand with eight approved indications across both B‑cell and T‑cell lymphomas. As the brand continues to expand into prioritized indications, the Director, Adcetris Personal Promotion & Peer‑to‑Peer (P2P) Lead will oversee the strategy, development, and execution of all HCP Field Personal Promotion and P2P educational initiatives.
This role integrates core field force promotional strategy, P2P educational initiatives, message refinement, and sales engagement to ensure cohesive cross‑channel execution that advances the ADCETRIS brand. The Director will collaborate across Sales, Thought Leader Engagement, HCP Marketing, and the broader Hematology Franchise to shape strategic brand deliverables and drive high‑impact execution.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
HCP Field Promotion & P2P Channel Leadership
Lead and integrate US HCP Field Personal Promotion and P2P strategies into cohesive promotional plans that drive overall brand performance.
Develop and implement targeted program strategies across promotional and educational channels, focusing on customer segments with the greatest potential to drive revenue impact.
Oversee strategic planning and execution of all P2P content, including speaker programs, product theaters, and third‑party educational initiatives.
Lead development of core sales and P2P materials ensuring message consistency and refinement across indications.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize cross‑functional alignment and deliver results for the brand.
Chair Field‑Based Strategy Team meetings and gather field insights that help drive the business forward.
Collaborate across the franchise to ensure consistent planning and alignment on strategy, messaging and program execution dates.
Partner with KOLs to refine educational content through advisory boards, focus groups, and steering committee engagements.
Serve as Sales Meeting Content Lead for national and regional meetings.
Operational & Budget Management for P2P and Personal Promo Marketing Channels
Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
Oversee vendor management, invoice tracking, and quarterly close processes.
Manage agencies to deliver materials on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and medical review processes.
Strategic Planning & Optimization
Contribute to the annual US tactical plan.
Integrate market research, field insights, KOL feedback, and analytics.
Track KPIs to refine strategy and drive optimization across P2P and Personal Promo.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or US commercial experience.
Demonstrated experience leading promotional and educational initiatives.
Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience managing agencies and complex workflows.
Ability to execute in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Nice‑to‑Have
Oncology experience.
Experience with P2P initiatives or brand launches.
MBA or advanced degree.
Digital/omnichannel experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
