Director, Account Management- Financial Services
Job Summary

 

Foundever®  is on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Director of Account Management for our financial services vertical to oversee a significant portfolio and expanding client. This role will have managerial responsibilities and will focus on client satisfaction, business growth, and delivering unmatched service excellence.  Utilization of business development skills is a key to success for this leadership role.

 

In this role you  will be responsible for developing executive level relationships while growing their portfolio.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the BPO space working across verticals and management of people. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Team Leadership & Development

 

Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of account managers, fostering an environment focused on professional growth and exceptional results. Cultivate a collaborative, client-centric team culture that promotes high performance and engagement. Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.

 

Service Delivery Oversight

 

Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards across all accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative solutions tailored to complex client needs. Monitor, analyze, and report essential service metrics to senior leadership, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Business Development

 

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service expansion and enhanced client solutions within existing accounts. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support strategic new business initiatives. Build and maintain a robust network of industry relationships that propel growth and innovation.

 

Financial & Operational Management

 

Oversee contract negotiations, change management, and the financial performance of accounts. Work closely with finance and operations to develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and resource allocations. Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, will consider equivalent combination of education and experience for the right candidate. 5+ years of experience in client service or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services vertical. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Proven track record in managing large, complex client accounts and generating significant growth. Excellent leadership, talent management, and team development skills. In-depth knowledge of contact center operations, customer experience best practices, and emerging technologies. Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management. Passionate about driving client success, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Salary Range

 

Compensation includes base pay plus variable bonus structure.  The base pay range for this position is up to $120,000.00- $140,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.  In addition, being that this role will be at a director’s level it will be eligible for an annual 30% Account Management Incentive Plan.
