**Description**
Brand’s main point of contact for a retailer who manages overall relationship, from strategic vision to execution, working closely with Planner and Trade Marketing; covers basic, launch, GWP/promo, sets, holiday, non-saleable/collateral/all supporting elements; Delivers sustainable growth plan for brand in account, determining where to play, how to win, and white space

**Strategic responsibilities**
•Own and manage relationship with key growth retailers (Macy’s & Bloomingdales) to maximize sales
•Set vision for sustainable growth in the medium-to-long term; partner with retailer to build action plan to achieve vision
•Deep understanding of retailer and local market nuances to help set overall account strategy that guides category priorities, marketing campaigns, assortment, merchandising, promos/GWP/sets, events and all other parts of the business
•Develop full calendar of tailored activities for retailer and retailer.com, leveraging overall brand category and marketing objectives and ensuring correct coordination and resource allocation between B&M and .com
•Negotiate seasonal stock & sales plans with input from Account & Sales Planning
•Coordinate closely with KAMs to ensure ELC portfolio is being leveraged with retailer
**Marketing responsibilities**
•Build robust calendar of marketing activations (in store, co-op, digital/social, etc.) along with relevant events, promos and other brand activities to drive sales growth both online and in stores.
•Ensure strong visual presence in store, in local market and on retailer.com (e.g., outposts, out-of-home ads, merchandising)
•Work extremely closely with Trade Marketing, Consumer Engagement and Account & Sales Planning to ensure strong business decisions on marketing, assortment, stock levels, sampling, sets, exclusives and gifts tailored to retailers’ customers
•Solicit input, buy-in and executional support from retailers
**Business Responsibilities**
•Own key P&L items for account and determine spend to maximize ROI and sales; held to seasonal targets (retail sales, net sales, demo, co-op, freelance, promo, GWP, sets, capex). Shape execution of these items with the retailer
•Support growth initiatives across accounts
•Manage distribution expansion with the retailer; ensure changes are communicated to Field teams
•Support launch of new channels for the brand as needed
**Structure**
•Organized by account/channel based on account priority
•Is strongly connected to both the Account and the NY office, requiring frequent travel
•Empowered to make decisions
**Detailed Skills**
•Strong relationship builder; strong business acumen and financial ability
•Extensive business experience and analytical skills (i.e., P&L management, main drivers of business, savvy with standard business analyses)
•Solid understanding of primary levers and components to a successful marketing campaign
**Qualifications**
•8+ years relevant work experience.
•Proven, successful sales track record in cosmetic industry. MACY’s experience a plus.
•Self-motivated and flexible; able to adapt quickly to change.
•Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross functionally with sales, marketing, retail partners, demand planning and supply chain.
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Must be proficient at Excel and Power Point.
•Strong presentation skills.
•Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$120,550.00** to **$208,200.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
