This role acts as the central connector between product, consumer, and paid media strategies, ensuring brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints. The Director oversees end-to-end campaign planning—from concept through execution and measurement—while aligning closely with global brand counterparts and cross-functional partners to drive growth and uphold brand equity. **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Leadership:** + Define and evolve the brand marketing vision based on consumer, category, and macro trends. + Translate marketing strategy into business results, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. + Champion a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation across the organization. + Serve as a key brand voice, influencing decisions across multiple functions. **Integrated Marketing Execution:** + Lead development of 360° marketing strategies across product, digital, PR, retail, influencer, and experiential channels. + Develop integrated marketing plans that align with business goals and are rooted in insights, data, and brand objectives. + Oversee execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement strategies across all platforms. + Manage the full marketing mix including CRM, loyalty, merchandising, and omnichannel integration. **Creative and Content Development:** + Partner with Creative teams to establish compelling storytelling and brand identity. + Use data-driven insights to optimize content performance and campaign ROI. + Lead development of branded experiences including visual merchandising, digital content, and in-store execution. **Omnichannel and Consumer Experience:** + Design omnichannel marketing frameworks based on shopper insights and channel roles. + Ensure seamless consumer experiences across retail, e-commerce, and digital environments. + Drive mobile-first, conversion-focused digital strategies aligned with broader brand plans. **Media, Influencer & Performance Marketing:** + Lead performance-driven media planning and execution across traditional and digital platforms. + Ensure media strategies are informed by consumer insights, ROI modeling, and equity goals. + Collaborate with PR to identify and elevate culturally relevant influencer content. **Planning, Budgeting & Operational Excellence:** + Own seasonal and annual marketing calendars aligned to commercial goals and sales plans. + Manage national advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and impact. + Oversee pricing, forecasting, and assortment strategies in partnership with Sales and Operations. **Team Leadership & Collaboration:** + Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across consumer engagement, digital, and analytics. + Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Education, Creative, Finance, and Communications. + Create a culture of growth, innovation, and high performance. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (MBA preferred). + 8–10 years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods. + Deep knowledge of omnichannel marketing, consumer engagement, and digital ecosystems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, paid media). + Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex campaign rollouts. + Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and communication skills. + Highly organized with strong project management skills and a bias for action. + Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with strong judgment and decision-making skills. **Leadership Competencies:** + Thinks strategically and anticipates future trends. + Aligns and inspires teams with a shared vision. + Embraces change and leads transformation. + Builds collaborative relationships and develops talent. + Strives for excellence through creativity, execution, and learning agility. **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$120,550.00** to **$208,200.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
