ADP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director Enablement who will report to the VP Business Enablement. The Senior Director Enablement role is pivotal role is part of ADP's Business Innovation, Transformation & Shared Services team. This role manages Enablement consultants, Business Analysts, and change management and business process improvement experts. This role is accountable for translating strategies into measurable operational outcomes across Sales, Implementation and Service across all business segments in Canada This role leads end to end Operational transformation execution, change mgmt., business process optimization, analytics driven fact based and decision support and partners with business leaders to identify opportunities. This leader ensures strategic priorities are operationalized with discipline, speed, and sustained impact. Responsibilities Transformational Delivery: Lead and deliver initiatives from ideation through sustained value realization. You will identify, and size value creation opportunities. Drive digital transformation initiatives, monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to transform and optimize ADP operations Establish structured execution roadmaps and drive cross functional accountabilities to achieve defined financial and operational objectives. You will leverage external and internal insights and translate complex data into actionable and concise recommendations and measurable outcomes. Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary Enablement team, working alongside business partners, to define, execute, and operationalize a Value Realization Plan for strategic operational initiatives. Operating Model & Governance: Establish standardized operating models, decision rights, governance forums, and execution rhythms to drive alignment and accountability. Idea Engine and value creation: Establish and manage a structured enterprise idea engine to identify, intake, size, prioritize and track value creation opportunities. Establish and maintain a centralized idea library and transformation portfolio. Partner with finance and operational leadership to validate budgetary impact and benefit realization. Provide transparent reporting on pipeline value, in-flight initiatives, and outcomes. Adoption and Change Management: Lead a structured change management capability embedded across all initiatives. Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder alignment planning. Drive adoption strategies to ensure behavioral change translates into sustained performance impact. Mitigate change risks and resistance across a matrix organization. Business process Excellence: Lead and conduct diagnostics and redesign initiatives deploy structured methodologies to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and customer experience. Embed continuous improvement practices. Ensure redesigned processes deliver measurable process and performance improvement. Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders; influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution. Portfolio Oversight: Govern a portfolio of business transformation and enablement initiatives, ensuring prioritization, resourcing, and delivery discipline. Risk, Controls & Compliance Alignment: Ensure operational enablement frameworks align with enterprise risk management, controls, and regulatory requirements. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Transformation, Enterprise Enablement, Operational Excellence or strategy execution roles Proven team leadership success in a dynamic and client first environment Proven effectiveness and experience managing multi-initiative portfolios and working within cross-functional and matrixed teams, especially at the senior leader level Strong change leader, who can influence without authority Proven experience in developing and evaluating strategies, including issue framing, hypothesis testing, market research, and execution planning. Data-driven, and systems and process-minded Bias towards execution through internal collaboration and partnerships Strong executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills Build trust through rigor, transparency, and delivery Innovative mindset with the capability to structure and solve complex problems. Experience operating in a regulated, highly matrixed, or global enterprise environment Preferred Qualifications: Background in management consulting Experience in HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) industry
