What you'll do: Operations – Ensure efficient and profitable store and distribution centre operations. Sales/customer service – Guarantee prompt, efficient customer service and profitable sales growth Personnel – Maintaining adequate staffing to meet company and customers’ needs in the most efficient and economical manner. Financials – Ensure profitability goals are met through sales growth, margins improvement and expense control What you'll bring: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business or commerce degree from college or university; five to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/training is a must Proven leadership and supervisory skills with at least seven years’ experience managing and supervising employees Ability to read financial statements, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and DBS Valid driver’s license is a must What you'll earn Competitive Pay: We make sure that your hard work is recognized.
