In this role you will:

Contribute to direct tax projects for both corporate and individual clients, including major Lithuanian and international companies, by analyzing their tax challenges, tax legislation and identifying potential risks or opportunities for tax efficiency.

Collaborate with the team to address key direct tax issues, participate in tax due diligence and structuring assignments, support high-profile M&A transactions, conduct tax reviews, and prepare inquiries for submission to the Lithuanian Tax Authority.

Collaborate with direct tax experts to build your expertise.

You are our perfect candidate if you:

Hold a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), or be pursuing one, in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field.

Demonstrate excellent spoken and written skills in both Lithuanian and English.

Have good interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking and ability to clearly express your thoughts in writing.

Have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

No experience is required, however, having 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Tax is considered an advantage.

Our offer:

The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1800 to 2500 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
