Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program supporting youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We’re currently hiring Direct Care Workers / Direct Support Professionals for all shifts.

Direct Care Professional / Residential Counselor
Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week
Shift:

Sunday: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Monday: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are seeking Direct Care Professionals / Residential Counselors to positively impact students’ lives while being part of a therapeutic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage and interact with students, serving as a positive role model and promoting a safe, healing community.

Support a therapeutic team in helping students achieve individualized treatment goals.

Use treatment goals to teach healthy life skills and aid in trauma recovery while supporting normative child and adolescent development.

Assist with student activities, including recreational off-campus trips, home visits, and special events.

Required Qualifications:

18+ years oldMinimun of HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or Equivalent.Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving RecordMust pass Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex offender Registry and Federal
