$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Child Care Specialist / Direct Care Worker 

 

New Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.92 per hour (based on experience)

 

Come grow your career while helping our students grow in theirs! Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program for youth with trauma-related complex behaviors. We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers / Direct Support Professionals for all shifts.

Full-Time Evening Schedule (4-day work week!)

Two shifts: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

One shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

One shift: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Build positive connections with students, serving as a strong and supportive role model.

Partner with a therapeutic team to support student growth through individualized treatment goals.

Guide students in developing healthy life skills and support their healing journey.

Participate in activities such as recreational outings, home visits, and special events.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

18 years of age or older

Minimum of HiSET/GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Ability to pass all background checks, including Criminal, DCF Abuse and Neglect, Sex Offender Registry, and Federal fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work as a creative, engaged, and dedicated member of the Stetson team
