Salary: $25 / Hour Direct Support Professional (DSP) – On-Call | Behavioral Health Schedule: 40 hours a week, AM or PM Overview Join our team in residential programs supporting adults with mental health conditions as they work toward greater independence. Role Highlights + Provide supervision & daily living support (meals, hygiene, routines). + Encourage skill-building & participation in activities. + Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment. + Document observations & collaborate with care team.
