Job Title: Direct Shipping Scanner Responsibilities: Ensure the correct dispatch of the merchandise produced for the company's export shipments, taking into account the level of production and attending to the packaging requirements designated for merchandise departures. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department. + Coordinate the merchandise dispatch process complying with the export standards required by the DGA. + Consolidate invoices and close shipments, in order to create the final invoice for the dispatch of the daily cargo, allowing it to fly without any problem. + Verify the correct assembly of the pallets, as well as ensure that they have the corresponding labels, so that they can match the invoice generated. + Place the properly identified and consolidated merchandise in the trucks, to be taken to the airport. Specific tasks + Receive, verify and scan loose Chenille orders. + Assemble and strap the pallets. + Consolidate the global invoice of the office (Chenille and Apparel). + Close the day's shipping system (Chenille and Apparel). + Verify that the pallets have the corresponding labels. + Assemble the shipping merchandise (Chenille and Apparel), in the truck. + Dispatch leather and boxes from the Warehouse. + Assist the import and export supervisor with express orders. + Print Virtual Samples.
