Lead and execute the Direct & New Channels strategy across Branded Retail, Indirect Retail, and On Premise Point Of Sale, ensuring flawless implementation of commercial and consumer‑engagement initiatives to drive awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention of smoke‑free products (SFP – P1). The role guarantees compliance with commercial agreements, brand consistency, and operational excellence while fostering a strong consumer‑centric approach through partner and third‑party development, contributing to sustainable channel growth and the acceleration of Smoke Free Products penetration.

 

Your Day to Day:

 

Ensure Correct Execution of Commercial Strategies and Consumer Programs:

Guarantee the proper implementation of commercial strategies, as well as awareness, trial, and acquisition programs across locations (GT-KA points of sale and high-traffic zones) and Direct Retail point of sales , ensuring commercial cycles execution, availability announcement  and  product availability.

Drive Direct Retail and Channel Growth:

Lead the growth of Direct Channel and channels by guiding acquisition team initiatives at locations (GT-KA points of sale and high-traffic zones) and Direct point of sales. Focus on generating awareness and acquiring new users for smoke-free products (SFP) through impactful engagement and execution.

Third party management:

Ensure the third party governance process aligned with the company policies.

Drive channel growth by managing strategic partner relationships and guarantee the third party service level to acquire new users for smoke-free products (SFP).

Third party service:

Ensure the delivery of commercial operator services across the channel, validating that third-party execution aligned with defined strategies. Report any service, tool and materials anomalies immediately to the Flowing platform and commercial operator team to guarantee the consistency and compliance of the third-party service level

Ensure the third-party service consistently delivers the brand message, perform GIFU, and engage LAS effectively in alignment with company strategy, providing ongoing training to guarantee flawless execution.

Drive Awareness and Acquisition in High-Traffic Areas

Boost awareness and acquisition for SFP (P1) in high-consumption areas and other relevant locations (excluding SEC 1-2-3). Collaborate closely with the Back Office team to share market insights and integrate findings into strategic frameworks, ensuring data-driven decision-making and impactful execution.

Guarantee Product Supply and Inventory Management

Ensure consistent product availability and effective inventory control at third-party warehouses and points of sale to prevent out of stocks and deliver an optimal consumer experience.

Align the activation execution with the Territory Executive to guarantee product availability.

Product availability

Ensure proper product supply, inventory management, and flow at every point of sale to maintain zero stock-outs and deliver an optimal consumer experience.

On Premise & Vap Stores

Responsible for leading the execution of the On Premise and vape stores channel through the executive in charge, ensuring the negotiation and implementation of PACs and fundamentals at the POS, as well as the activation within the channel.

 

Who were looking for: 

College/University: University degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles (Sales & Marketing), with proven leadership skills to manage and supervise commercial teams. Strong expertise in commercialization processes, consumer prospecting, project planning, field supervision, and supplier negotiations.Skills: leadership skills, Strategic thinking, analytical ability, organizational agility, presentation skills, results orientation, relationship-building, teamwork, integrity, problem-solving.High level of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

 

Important:

 

 

This position is primarily field‑based and requires availability to work some weekends and night shifts.A valid and up‑to‑date driver’s license is required, and the candidate must be able to drive a manual‑transmission vehicle.
