Starting at $24/hr, increases with experience! **This is a 3rd Shift position (10:45p-7:15a)** This **all-encompassing role** is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program. Duties include, but not limited to: + Implementation and coordination of the team’s operation to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients, staff, and visitors. + Responsible for ensuring that all organizational, departmental, and programmatic goals are completed efficiently and effectively. + Responsible for daily planning, medication management and documentation, training as needed, staff scheduling, maintaining staff to client ratios, FTE management and overtime prevention. + Directly responsible for program compliance on a daily basis. + Assists with hiring, performance management, corrective action, and during any period of staff shortage. + Attends/ensures staff attendance at intake meetings and shift reports, and communicates pertinent admissions information to all staff. + Assures compliance with campus as well as community procedures. + On-call duties as scheduled.
