Skills and Requirements Experience with Applied Epic and insurance billing processes. Strong understanding of benefits and direct billing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
