Dir Regional Sales UL and XR
**Dir Regional Sales UL and XR - req1515** **OVERVIEW** Manage and direct all regional UL/XR sales activities to achieve region Ultrasound and X-Ray financial goals. This role will also have responsibility for management of personnel. Develop others by acting as a mentor and initiate sales, industry, and product knowledge among peers. On own initiative, keep executive management apprised of budget status and business issues along with potential solutions to those issues. Display high standards of ethical conduct at all times. **RESPONSIBILITIES** This is a remote position. **_The selected candidatewill be required to live in the West Market for Canon._** + Motivate Account Executives (AE) to sell UL/XR solutions by informing them about products, competition, positioning and marketing. + Responsible for the Ultrasound (UL) and X-Ray (XR) bookings and billings performance within the assigned region. Also, must assist Region VP and VP UL/XR in achieving established gross margin targets for the UL/XR product line. + Provide the UL and XR Business Unit with competitive information, market trends, sales and service pricing, training needs and the like. + Develop and implement market penetration strategies that will increase regional UL/XR sales and revenue. Leverage competitive analysis and market research to develop sales strategies that will ensure UL/XR sales success. + Provide direct supervision to the field UL/XR Regional Business Managers for the assigned region. + Work closely with the Sales Training department to develop sales training material and programs to enhance the UL/XR knowledge of the assigned region sales teams. + Create and deliver high-impact UL/XR sales presentations when needed. + Work closely with Regional Financial Manager to drive financial solutions with the UL/XR Regional Business Management team. + Attend regional meetings to support UL/XR Regional Business Manager product/sales strategy presentations and training needs. + Provide regional field support for large, strategic customers and significant transactions, including IDNs, academics, and luminaries. This support may include setting sales strategies, delivering the product presentations, or being part of the site visits. + Work closely with the Strategic Business Group team to drive UL/XR strategies within assigned region. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Excellent understanding of current and emerging products and technology in UL/XR. + Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic plans that have led to improved business operations, profitability and efficiency. + Strong verbal, written communication, multi-tasking, organizational skills and Business Analytics skill sets. + Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Strong presentation and platform skills required. + Prior sales personnel management experience desired. + Demonstrate sustained leadership and influence among peers and colleagues across all functional areas. + Demonstrate excellence in presentation skills, negotiations, problem-solving, team building, and overall communications. + 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or, equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. + 10 years diagnostic imaging sales including UL. + 15+ years prior management experience. + This is a remote position. **_The selected candidate will be required to live in the West Market for Canon_** _._ + Pay Information: Base Salary of $190,000 (annual equivalency) plus incentive. **_About us!_** _Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., a world leader in diagnostic imaging, is in search of qualified candidates to fill our open positions.
