Core areas of responsibility include client relationship management, overseeing project management for large capital projects, and leading the development of system-wide workplace design standards and procedures** **Job Responsibilities:** + **c** lient Relationship Management - Manage relationships with key stakeholders and organizational leaders on RE&D’s large capital projects, real estate strategy and workplace design standards. + Ensure contractors/vendors and project management team members are meeting or exceeding Real Estate & Development processes and work standards. + Oversee the successful delivery of RE&D’s large capital projects against stated project budgets, scope and timelines. + Be the primary point of contact from Real Estate & Development to the major project stakeholders through initial concept of large capital real estate projects to project delivery. + Lead Executive Steering Committee and Operational Leader forums, manage dissemination of monthly reports and maintain regular touchpoints with stakeholders for large capital projects. + Working with the System Vice President of Real Estate Development, help lead real estate forums within UNC Health. + Lead people and team members toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. + Delegate responsibility, clarify expectations, and hold others accountable for achieving results. + Make decision that produce high-quality results by applying technical knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks. + Hold self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results. + Deliver high-quality services and remain committed to continuous improvement. + Workplace Design Standards - Direct the communication plan and introduction of workplace design standards for UNC Health. + Oversee the development of an online resource where workplace design standards are maintained and updated. + Manage the successful adoption of proven guidelines for system workplace design standards. + Working with UNC Health’s architects and designers, create and document high level space standards for the real estate portfolio and incorporate them in the portfolio analysis. + Real Estate Planning - -Work with finance, strategic planning, and multiple internal and external teams to develop and execute a real estate strategy in line with UNC Health’s unified vision and objectives. + Contribute to the UNC Health regional growth strategy in support of system-priorities for real estate expansion in priority markets and main campus decompression. + Create and utilize real estate scenario planning across the portfolio to help in the creation of real estate action plans. + Work with Strategic Planning and others on the development and collection of specific business/end user requirements for large capital real estate projects **Other Information** **Job Details** Legal Employer: NCHEALTH Entity: Shared Services Organization Unit: Real Estate and Facilities Adm Work Type: Full Time Standard Hours Per Week: 40.00 Salary Range: $54.81 - $78.79 per hour (Hiring Range) Pay offers are determined by experience and internal equity Work Assignment Type: Hybrid Work Schedule: Day Job Location of Job: US:NC:Morrisville Exempt From Overtime: Exempt: Yes This position is employed by NC Health (Rex Healthcare, Inc., d/b/a NC Health), a private, fully-owned subsidiary of UNC Health Care System, in a department that provides shared services to operations across UNC Health Care; except that, if you are currently a UNCHCS State employee already working in a designated shared services department, you may remain a UNCHCS State employee if selected for this job.
