As a Director, Program Management on the Business Integration team you’ll provide strategic leadership of several highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) with overall responsibility for one or more functional areas.

Oversee a team of diverse program and project managers responsible for the delivery of key initiatives driving change for our customers and employees.Directing a team responsible for the integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets, based on the needs of the businessPartnering with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterpriseExecuting established project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of project scope on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectationsPartner with cross-functional organizations to mitigate program risks and outline dependencies for delivery.Outline measurements of success and provide readouts post launch on effectiveness of programs.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-impact office environment. You’ll thrive in this role if you can work both collaboratively and independently, show judgement and initiative to accomplish goals, and manage all aspects of the design, development, and implementations of programs.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: Managing complex programs or projects: 8 years or more; Management experience: 5 years or more Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience Abilities: Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional and virtual teams; Oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole; Prioritize and organize effectively; Show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties; Influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensusSkills: Demonstrated management leading teams of individual program and project managers; Effectively analyze and interpret data; Document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: Telecommunications industry experience Education: Advanced management or technical degree; Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
