Main role:           

A proactive and strategic financial professional to act as a business partner to OA NE and OA MOD Leads.  This role will play a critical part in driving OAs financial performance, orders, sales, EBIT, cashflow and operational excellence by delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

NE/MOD financial analysis, monthly forecast, annual plan

KPI analysis by OTs, segmentsIdentify R&O and defines mitigation actions, PAP to deliver plan and LE

Job cost, cost re-estimation and project review        

Review and update estimation instructionsMonthly project cost review, timely re-estimation, eliminate system re-estimation, mitigate costs overrun and LAD reviewDrive PTE performanceManage NAE through timely billing and collection

Sales and contract management   

Pricing strategy and discount managementContract review and major projects biddingPayment term, customer financing approvalsBacklog analysis, shipment forecast

Business review

Support OA Lead for BR review and monthly management meeting presentationCoordination with the OU FP&A analysts on ad-hoc analysis

Professional Experience:

Finance expertise with 15-20 years of experience P&L management, demonstrating clear career progression with increasing levels responsibility over time.Team player with a “can do” attitude that enjoys tackling problems and is comfortable in a “player / coach” role.  This is a “hands on” position that will require jumping into the details when necessary.Excellent communication and team building skills. Track record of building high performance teams.Highly analytical individual that is metrics driven with strong decision-making skills and financial acumen.Prior experience managing the integration of financial platforms, drive changes
