CCL Hospitality Group—part of **Compass Group North America** and parent organization to Morrison Living, Unidine, Culinary Services Group, The Hub, Strategic Dining Services, and Coreworks—is seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive continued growth in the thriving **community living dining** and **facility services** sectors.
This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys leading the strategy, vision, and collaboration behind every new sales opportunity—even without direct staff management. Here, **you’re the leader of the deal.**
The ideal candidate will be based in **New York or New England** .

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Great relationship‑building and influencing skills
+ Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities
+ High energy, positive outlook, and exceptional interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and large territories
+ Strong time management and territory planning skills
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems
+ High degree of accountability, integrity, and personal discipline
+ Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% during peak periods)
+ Experience selling contracted services and/or within senior living or foodservice (preferred)
+ Proven track record of sales successBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
