What will you do?Assign duties to scheduled dining room team membersPerform service tasks, such as clearing tables, serving food and drinks, seating guests, and cashier duties when necessaryInvestigate and resolve situations regarding food quality, service, or accommodationsReview work procedures and operational initiatives to improve service, performance, or safetyAssist Restaurant Manager with team member trainings and complianceMonitor daily and hourly cleaningManage labor and profit lossEnsure proper cash handling and tip record keeping for shift

More about youNo college degree requiredMinimum of 2 years' supervisory experience preferredMust be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, accept challenges, and embrace new opportunities Excellent communication skills, written and verbalExcellent customer service and employee relationship skillsThree years of high-volume casual dining experience

Physical requirementsAbility to lift or carry 50 pounds.Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time.                        Possible exposure to secondhand smoke.Possible exposure to high volume of noise.
