Summary: Dining Hall lead assists Head Cook in coordination of food preparation and helps cook buffet style meals for employees/crew/customers by performing the following duties:
Note: Dining Hall Lead III residing in Trident housing will be subject to a co-pay of fifteen dollars per day for room and board, for each day that at least 8 hours of work is offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for food preparation under the guidance of Head Cook. Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and to learn the different roles in the galley under the supervision of the Cook (Head Cook).Food prep, cleaning, dishwashing, baking, restocking, inventory counts.Performs routine deep cleaning of cooking area.Washes dishes and cookware, cleans tables and floors, empties trash.Maintains a clean working environment.Additional Responsibilities:
Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.Acquire knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.Notify designated personnel of any environmental and safety incidents, or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and or Safety training.Employees working in Alaska are advised to have medical insurance coverage which is valid in the State of Alaska.
