ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a guest-focused Dining Experience Specialist who will handle dining and in-room service orders with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. You will ensure all requests are recorded accurately, communicated effectively to the team, and delivered promptly, all while maintaining Hilton’s exceptional standards of hospitality.

-KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact for guest dining requests, whether in-room dining or restaurant reservations.Take and confirm guest orders clearly and accurately, using Hilton systems and standards.Ensure seamless communication with service and kitchen teams to deliver a flawless guest experience.Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and dietary options to assist guests confidently.Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.Maintain professional telephone etiquette, following Hilton brand standards.Monitor order timings and coordinate delivery with the service team.Support the F&B team in upselling and promoting special dining experiences.Assist with guest feedback collection and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, grooming, and presentation in line with Hilton policies.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in Food & Beverage or a guest-facing hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone etiquette.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.A guest-centric mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.Knowledge of F&B service procedures and Hilton systems (Micros, OnQ, etc.) is advantageous.
