Key Responsibilities: Dimensional Verification: Ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment of structures, piping, and equipment during fabrication, integration, and installation phases. Surveying & Measurement: Use precision instruments (e.g., total stations, laser trackers) to perform dimensional surveys and verify tolerances. Compliance Assurance: Confirm that all components meet engineering specifications, fabrication drawings, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME). Reporting: Generate detailed dimensional control reports, deviation logs, and corrective action plans. Coordination: Work closely with QA/QC, fabrication, and engineering teams to resolve dimensional discrepancies. Inspection Support: Assist in fit-up inspections, welding alignment checks, and final installation verifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all dimensional control activities and support handover documentation.
