WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
a person with at least 2-3 years of relevant business experience in Master Data, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Finance areaa person with university degree in Economics, Logistics, Finance or equivalenta fluent English speaker (both written and verbal) able to work in cross-regional, global team and communicate with people at all levels in the organizationvery good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excelknowledge of SAP is a musta person with good organizational, analytical skills and strong attention to detailsmotivated, responsible, independent person with good interpersonal skills, resilience, and ability to adapt to fast changing environment
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Be a part of constantly growing DIM & SFG Pricing Data Lifecycle Team which deliver global master data and pricing processes to ensure smooth materials purchasing and delivery to production, as well as selling prices to marketsbe responsible for Info Record and Source List creation and maintenance, with special attention to accurate direct materials price calculationbe responsible for regular purchasing and sales price updatesmanage direct materials and semi-finished goods database by identifying, investigating, and correcting master data quality issuesinvestigate and clarify reasons of material price discrepancy and managing invoice approval processsupport business with managing direct materials end-to-end process by delivering reports, take part in discussions, providing expertise of price calculation methodologiescooperate with numerous stakeholders among PMI Company, customers, markets and external vendors across the regionsparticipate in projects and initiatives impacting finance and purchasing processesparticipate in designing and creating new process flows, practices to support PMI transformation into RRP businessconstantly identify areas for improvement in regular processesfind ways to streamline and standardize process globally
