**Description and Requirements**
We areseekingan experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join theDigital Workplace Solutions DeliveryTeam within the Lenovo Services & Solutions Group (SSG).
This role willresidewithin the (Americas/EMEA/AP) Project Management Office. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forleading the successful execution of complex projectsin accordance withquality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role,maintainingeffective communication betweenour clients andinternal teams including Presales, Sales, Fulfillment,
Job Responsibilities
+ Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
+ Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.
+ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
+ Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
+ Identifyand mitigate project risks, proactively addressingissuesand implementing resolution strategiesto ensure successful project delivery.
+ Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, ora relatedfield.
+ Proven experience (7+ years) inacustomer-facing projectmanager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
+ Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ PMP,or equivalent project management certification.
+ **Fluent in English, verbal and written. Preferred fluent in French, verbal and written.**
