Otis is growing and is looking for a talented and motivated "Digital Workplace Services Specialist" to join our team located in Sarıyer/Istanbul.

Members of the Digital Workplace Services team support Telco, PC, software & hardware asset management as well as ensuring best-in class support services that enable the regional workforce to work from anywhere, anytime in a secured environment.

Responsibilities
 

Engagement with enterprise strategies to align with and support critical business objectivesEnsure compliance, standardization and lifecycle management of all workplace assets and servicesSupport key supplier relationships, service improvements and implement required changes to deliver operational excellenceStandardization and support of telecommunications operations and productsUse ServiceNow in accordance to Otis standard practicesMaintain the ServiceNow CMDBEngage with global resources and tools for architecture expertise and supportTimely resolution of incident and request tickets within the workplace services scopeInteract within a diverse and global team environment with cross team collaboration throughout the organizationCoherently describe technical issues and participate with remediation activitiesParticipate with project planning and management
 

Requirements

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar positionIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies and product expertise, including O365, Exchange, Lync/Skype for Business and Teams,Exceptional command of written and spoken EnglishExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficientlyStrong communication skillsAgile learner, open to changeITIL or equivalent certification is a plus
