**DACS - Digital Adoption & Customer Success Division purpose is to Accelerate the adoption and usage of digital products, delivering measurable value to Cat Dealers and Customers, and driving a customer-centric approach through enhanced change management and impact measurement.**
**Role Definition:**
The DACS - Digital Adoption Enablement team is looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to strategize, oversee, coordinate, and execute strategic transformation initiatives throughout the organization. This position will play a central role in digital transformation and the delivery of outcomes that support innovation, team culture, and business objectives. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives are executed accurately, align with organizational goals, and drive digital adoption within global teams.
**What You Will Do**
+ Design & Own the Digital Transformation Strategy - Assess current gaps, needs, and pain points.
+ Identify and mitigate gaps that could impact the organization success.
+ Design and prioritize projects to address identified challenges in Customers Adoption
+ Coordinate and align multiple organizations and workstreams within DACS to ensure cohesive project execution.
+ Lead cross-functional initiatives that support talent management and training.
+ Partner with HR and Business units to embed digital fluency across the organization and to the Dealer Network.
+ Champion team culture by promoting innovation, experimentation, and collaborative practices.
+ Track and manage diverse projects milestones, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
+ Maintain program/project documentation and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership.
+ Support Internal and external events to Build Team culture showcase digital transformation impact.

+ Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, actionable insights.
**Data & Reporting**
+ Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
+ Experienced in leveraging digital tools and analytics platforms to enhance data accuracy and visibility across the organisation.
**Communication & Relationship Management**
+ Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Skilled in tailoring complex information into clear, actionable messages for leadership, technical, and business stakeholders.
+ Strong presence with proven facilitation and negotiation skills.
**Considerations for Top Candidates**
+ Proven track record in leading enterprise-level digital initiatives.
+ Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Experience with Agile and Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Experience in culture-building and dealer network engagement is a must.
+ Experience in digital adoption and deployment
+ Strong leadership, communication, and execution discipline in a fast-paced environment.
**Additional Information:**
+ The role requires up to 35% of travel within the EAME region
+ This is an onsite role, 5 days a week
