Make an impact._ We have an exciting, new opportunity for a **Digital Transformation Lead** who will take a key role in developing and driving Eaton Hengelo’s digital strategy and transformation roadmap, ensuring the successful adoption of digital technologies and Industry 4.0 processes across all value streams in our Electrical Assembly plant. **What you’ll do:** In this exciting new role, you will leverage modern technologies to boost operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will act as a true change agent - aligning digital initiatives with business goals, inspiring teams, and fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation. This is an excellent **early leadership opportunity** , ideal for someone with a background in digitalisation, Industry 4.0, mechatronics, robotics, or similar fields.
