We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to drive the digital transformation of Lenovo’s global manufacturing and engineering operations. This role will partner closely with manufacturing operational teams to identify requirements and design innovative solutions, while collaborating with IT/DT teams to develop and deploy digital applications. The position will focus on transforming business processes, designing and implementing digital solutions, and leveraging data-driven models to optimize and digitize Lenovo’s global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with manufacturing business teams to identify operational requirements and design digital solutions. Collaborate with IT/DT teams to lead solution development, deployment, and integration into existing systems. Manage projects in both project and product models to deliver smart solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including business process re-engineering, automation, and data-driven decision-making models. Engage in factory construction, optimization, and digital capability enhancement. Act as a change leader to promote adoption of new digital tools, applications, and processes across global teams. 10% to 30% of travel across different Countries (US, Europe, India or China etc).

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in business process management, IT system deployment, data analytics, AI, or management consulting. Background in high-tech, electronics, or manufacturing industries preferred. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with manufacturing software such as MES, IIOT, MOM, and exposure to production, quality management, and engineering functions. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; ability to communicate effectively across cultures and geographies. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA is a strong plus. International work or study experience is highly desirable. Resume in English is required. Availability to work Hybrid on Lenovo´s Monterrey Plant.
