Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Digital Technology Service Delivery Engagement Lead who is collaborative, strategic, and tech-savvy to join us in our Digital Technology Patient Impact team, based in our HQ office in Anderlecht, Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that partners globally with our patient impact units to shape and deliver impactful digital technology solutions. Your work will enable our healthcare engagement teams across Europe and Intercontinental regions to drive better outcomes for patients through innovative, secure, and compliant digital tools.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a cross-functional team that closely collaborates with local and regional stakeholders across 36 countries, as well as internal technology, data, and business functions. Together, you’ll co-create the digital roadmap that supports our company’s commercial and patient-focused ambitions.

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
Master’s degree in a relevant field (technology, business, or life sciences)Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex digital or IT projects end-to-endStrong background in stakeholder engagement and change managementFamiliarity with customer engagement platforms and data infrastructureStrong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and complianceExcellent communication skills and ability to influence across cultures and levels
