As a User Experience Designer:

Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and co-create solutions. Create interaction design patterns, UI specifications, and design documentation. Participate in design reviews and clearly articulate design decisions backed by research and UX principles. Ensure consistency through adherence to design systems and contribute to its evolution where necessary. Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis to uncover insights and opportunities. Support in planning and executing usability tests and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations. Work in an agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, ceremonies, and product iterations.

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field. (Equivalent practical experience also considered.)2–4 years of professional experience in UX design for web/mobile products. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, problem‑solving skills, and end‑to-end design work.  Experience with design systems and component libraries Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Foundation in UX principles, user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design. Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility fundamentals. 

Nice to have Skills:

Exposure to motion design, micro‑interactions, or UX writing. Experience working in agile/lean product teams.
