We are currently seeking an **Digital Technical Analyst** in **Virginia Beach, Virginia.** The Digital Technical Analyst turns product data into insights to support new product development, continuous product improvement, productivity enhancements, and condition monitoring. **What You Will Do:** + Gather and analyze client/project requirements to understand needs + Find/collect product and supporting data required for client requests/projects + Provides product support for existing platform and pipeline + Analyzing business requirements, current technical gaps needed to support business strategies and expectations. + Playing a key role in conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality assurance processes and routine issue resolution. **Degree Requirement:** Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science curriculum. **Top Candidates Will Have:** + Must be self-motivated, collaborative, professional, engaged, confident and accountable + Familiarity with SQL, API, AWS and Python **What You Have – Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:** **Technical Troubleshooting:** Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.
