The PositionThe Global Digital Hub team has newly been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Group Communications by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management and Digital Publishing Services.
The Digital Support Specialist (Interactive Sales) works on building, developing and managing sales enablement channels to reach the broadest possible audience of users and stakeholders, and producing rich, compelling experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention across all customer segments (People with Diabetes, Healthcare Providers, Payers) and go-to-market models (B2C, B2B, B2B2C).
The Opportunity:
Deliver hands-on project management to ensure commitment to priorities and timelines, acting as successful partners in local marketing activities.
Proactively create and drive initiatives to help drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness, like supporting the use of the global sales channel, Engage Pro.
Design interactive and static experiences for channel end-users, like sales reps, HCP’s, Payers etc.
Directly or indirectly influence others to achieve results in a complex environment, potentially operating in above country models.
Work with Commercial IT to define, develop and deliver impactful new digital initiatives, capabilities and platform enhancements to power the CXM team’s strategies.
Who you are:
You have 3+ years design (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) experience and 1-2 years of experience in large organizations, preferably healthcare industry or tech.
You have UI/UX implementation knowledge and you are passionate about your area of digital expertise, able to articulate the business value of your Channel.
You build networks and inspire collaborative, agile working; you can work as well with non-expert stakeholders as with technologists to deliver clear outcomes and quantifiable impact.
You are an effective storyteller with excellent communication skills in English.
You’re well structured and able to deliver reliably, often with little guidance in ambiguous situations and in a fast-paced global environment.
