Digital Strategy Manager GTR
The Digital Strategy Manager GTR is responsible for leading and implementing the Ploom Digital strategy in the Global Travel Retail market. This role focuses on developing a yearly digital plan, promoting key Consumer Experience Management (CEM) principles, and ensuring a superior digital consumer experience. The manager will collaborate with Ploom marketing managers, regional Consumer Activation Managers, and the Ploom Brand Group to support brand objectives and strategies
Additionally, you will lead the commercial engine deployment for GTR, conduct data-driven analyses to support digital and brand activations, while also guiding the team towards key findings and insights to action the digital strategy for Ploom in GTR.
