Digital Strategy and Process Optimization Lead

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose:

Drive digital customer growth across AT&T's consumer and business digital ecosystem by transforming digital delivery processes, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Map and diagnose current-state workflows for digital delivery, documenting handoffs, decision points, and control requirements. Design future-state processes and standards (BPMN/process maps, SOPs, RACI, intake-to-release workflows) that align to digital strategy and operational goals. Identify bottlenecks and failure points through qualitative feedback and quantitative analysis. Lead cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions to gather requirements and secure buy-in. Drive process optimization initiatives reducing friction in approvals, dependencies, and handoffs. Enable automation and tooling improvements to standardize execution and reduce manual effort. Execute change management for new processes, including communications, training, documentation, and feedback loops to ensure adoption and sustained performance.

Education/Experience:  

- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.

- 5+ years of related experience in digital strategy, process improvement, or eCommerce.

- Certification in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) and change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) is desirable.

Ideal Background and Skills:

- Proven track record of leading process transformation in complex environments.

- Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications a plus).

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs for process impact.

- Experience in developing training, documentation, and feedback mechanisms.
