Purpose of the job:
As a Digital Specialist in Commercial Deployment Team, you will support the implementation of digital tools and reporting solutions across markets. You will act as a key liaison between market users, global teams, and technical support functions, ensuring smooth operations, accurate data reporting, and actionable insights to drive digital trade engagement (DTE), sales, and deployment of PMI products that will ultimately contribute to commercial effectiveness.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the REEV Analytics Team to help manage the Global B2B2C Dashboard which houses all data related to Indirect Retail channel and all the PMI platforms related to it. You’ll work with a variety of data sources—including Salesforce, REEV, eOrdering, sales data, GA4/Web to support the users with their reporting needs.

Market & Process Support
Provide first-level support to markets for demand process implementation and tool adoptionFinalize authorizations in collaboration with the IR Enablement teamManage incident and change requests related to B2B2C Global DashboardOnboard new markets to B2B2C Global Dashboard, including demo sessions and hyper care for the new marketsCollect feedback from markets to improve the process and Dashboard
Ticket Management & Orchestration
Oversee Workfront ticket submissions from market users, validating and categorizing requestsRedirect tickets to appropriate teams and ensure timely updates and communicationCoordinate bi-weekly prioritization meetings, prepare documentation and track change requestsCreate and manage Jira tickets for system issues or bugs and data quality issues reported via WorkfrontSupport dashboard enhancement activities by gathering all requirements from the users such as the additional fields or charts that they want to see and be able to create mockups (if necessary)
Analytics & Reporting
Support the setup and maintenance of dashboards using Excel and Power BIConsolidate reporting frameworks across markets to improve efficiency and insight generationSupport data quality check investigations by performing data querying, Excel data manipulation, and analysis
