Are you someone who can:
Lead and oversee the technical functions of Online Banking, the FNB Banking App and Mobile Banking (USSD) channels, driving customer experience and adoption and ensuring adequate security protocols, to enhance the overall Digital Value Proposition.Implement business objectives relating to digital, which Include identifying technological opportunities, that would foster innovation and sustained competitive advantage.Oversee alignment in all retail platform strategic initiatives to enhance user experience, streamline the operation side, and ensure seamless integration with emerging technologies to drive digital migration.Coordinate the transition from traditional channels to digital channels. Implementing robust onboarding processes, educating customers on digital services, and optimizing platform processes for better efficiency.Oversee the planning and execution of testing processes to ensure that Digital Banking Channels meet user requirements and expectations. Involves collaborating with stakeholders to define testing criteria, coordinating testing schedules, and assessing the results to validate the functionality and usability. The goal is to confirm that system aligns with user needs before deployment, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory user experience.Effective and efficiently resolve technical defects on the Online Banking, FNB Banking App and Mobile Banking (USSD) channels.You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technologyHave 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2-3 years ideally at management level.Are a highly energetic self-starter with an initiative to drive projects and resolve digital defects.An excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Have teamwork and assertiveness skills.Financial Sector knowledge with specific focus in Digital Banking, project live cycle and project management principleMobile security experienceYou will have access to:
