A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Digital Solutions Manager position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities: Define and drive the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for digital platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives. Lead initiatives to enhance platform value and develop new services that contribute to business growth. Work cross-functionally with internal teams, leveraging market insights and data to meet business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Take strategic ownership of digital platforms and channels, managing performance, budgets, and KPIs to support business expansion through improved user experience. Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies to strengthen global adoption of digital platforms and services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and support continuous improvement of platforms and processes. Streamline digital workflows and processes to boost operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of digital projects and initiatives.
Requirements: Degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in roles that demand strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and strategic planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align cross-functional stakeholders. Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering initiatives on time and within scope. Experience or knowledge in commercial and digital-related domains is a strong advantage.
