What your work will involve

The DSR Officer plays a key role in supporting all Big Fat Smile team members by providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT help desk support. This includes resolving technical issues or escalating them appropriately when needed.

With teams distributed across 37+ locations throughout the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Goulburn and the ACT, travel to these sites will be required to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure.

The role also involves the administration of Microsoft 365, Entra Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and other SaaS-based applications, as well as maintaining the IT asset register.

Cyber security is embedded in everything we do. As a DSR Officer, you will be a champion of cyber security practices, helping to uphold and strengthen our organisation’s security posture.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Wollongong Head Office with travel to other business units required.

What you need to succeed

Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
Current Driver's LicenceProven experience delivering Level 1 & 2 Help Desk Support A recognised tertiary qualification in Information Communications TechnologyStrong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePointExcellent communication, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
