Responsibilities: \u202F\u202F\u00A0
Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes. \u00A0Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.\u00A0Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator\u00A0service teamTravel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms.\u00A0During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.\u00A0

Qualifications:\u00A0
Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.Experience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.Must possess a valid driver\u2019s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:\u00A0DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.\u00A0
