What you will do:
Link our Digital Services offerings with our Customer for Life strategy. Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.Maintain strong knowledge of Controls Service Agreement base; quantify and target opportunities based on deep customer knowledge.Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer’s HVAC system design and installation requirements.Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.Meet or exceed gross margin requirements.Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.What you will bring:
4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Science degree.We prioritize practical experience and relevant skills. Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.2+ years of solution selling experience.DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. within 1 Year RequiredCompensation:
