You will be developing, owning and executing a strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment.

You will be responsible for:

Developing, owning and executing a strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment. Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Well Construction portfolio.Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.Introducing technical sales representative and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance.Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will need to:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 3+yrs of experience with Software/SaaS Account Sales.Possess knowledge of Well Construction, Drilling, Remote Monitoring, or Performance OptimizationPossess knowledge of financial, competitor, upstream environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.
