Thermo King is hiring a **Digital Sales Manager** to lead and manage the sales performance of our digital business. In this role, you will develop innovative sales strategies, support and coach district sales managers and dealer representatives in achieving financial targets, and oversee a network of dealers. Please note that expected travel is 50-60% **What you will do:   ** + Lead all sales and business development efforts for Thermo King’s North American refrigerated connected solutions business. + Support sales for TK Digital strategy, focusing on the value of data and service offerings to dealers and end customers. + Build and maintain strong relationships with Thermo King Dealers and District Sales & Service Managers; inspire collaboration and improve understanding of strategic value for both dealer and customer. + Identify and pursue leads to sell connected solutions to targeted fleets. + Collaborate with Thermo King Dealers, District Sales teams, and Connected Solutions Product Management to enhance value propositions and equipment sales. + Grow the business through new and existing customer relationships. + Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business. + Coach and ensure adherence to the sales process to deliver excellent customer experiences; maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy. + Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to Regional Directors. + Train, coach, and develop dealers to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. **What you will bring: ** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience (required). + 8–10 years of sales experience in a large, matrixed organization (required). + Experience in the refrigerated transport industry (preferred). + Experience selling connected solutions, wireless technologies, transportation management, or supply chain software (preferred). + Superior presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills; able to convey ideas and produce customer understanding and impact. + Proven ability to manage and grow sales volume, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. + Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills. + Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and close business relationships consistently. + Experience selling high-value solutions, leveraging compelling ROI calculations. + Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. + Strong consultative sales skills, including problem discovery, value establishment, and financial justification. + Willingness and ability to travel 50-60%. + Managing annual operating plans + Developing and implementing tactical customer plans + Directing and managing product pipeline and forecasting processes + Coaching for sales excellence + Facilitating product training + Demonstrated business and financial acumen **Compensation:   ** Annual Pay Range: $96,000 - 224,000 Total compensation for this role is a mix of base salary plus an incentive plan.
