**Your role and responsibilities**
A Sales Acceleration Intern supports a digital sales team’s efforts to increase revenue growth by optimizing the sales process and shortening the sales cycle. This role involves tasks like lead generation, customer onboarding, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.Lead Generation and Qualification:
Researching potential leads, reaching out through various channels (calls, emails, social media), and qualifying leads based on predefined criteriaSales Process Optimization:
Assisting in streamlining the sales process, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency.Customer Contact Onboarding:
Helping with the setup of new customer accounts, configuring products, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Digital Enablement:
Enable sellers to confidently execute sales plays and cadences tailored to market priorities and audience needs.Digital Sales Technology Utilization:
Leverage IBM’s digital sales tools—including ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, IBM Sales Cloud (ISC), OneMob, LinkedIn (LIN), and others—to design and execute multi-touch campaigns across email, phone, social media, and video.Outcomes:
- Demonstrate improvements in cadence performance indicators
- Growth in Booked Meetings
- Substantial increase in Opportunities linked to Cadences contributing to pipeline gaps
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Currently enrolled in a university program with strong academic performance, preferably in fields such as Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields;
Soft Skills: Teamwork, results-driven mindset, effective communication (both written and verbal), passion for challenges, proactiveness and positive attitude;
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience using AI tools and strong commercial/business skills;
Languages: Spanish as native language, Advanced English (B2 level or higher);
Availability to participate in a 40-hour-per-week internship.
