Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure timely reconciliation report sharing with partners
2. Responsible for plan testing and deployment across partners
3. Share new plan details to Third Party Partners frequently
4. Monitoring, Planning, Forecasting for wallet funding and consumption
5. Coordinate with teams to settle partner invoice and payment disbursal
6. Support stakeholders in resolving customer queries/issue
7. Coordinate with stakeholders for Pricing,Tech Ops and Customer
Service
8. Monitor partner performance to ensure operational efficiencies
9. Prepare, analyse and publish reports - Daily, weekly, monthly
10. Onboard new partners and coordinate with stakeholders to integrate

Engineer/Graduate

Experience Requirement

4 to 10 Years

Skills & Competencies

1. MS Office- Strong on Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PPT
2. Knowledge of tools like Azure or project management tools
3. Analytical & Problem-solving skills and go getter
4. Spoken and Written English
