Job Summary
The OpportunityReporting to the Director of Communications, Digital Strategy & Operations, the Digital Project Manager leads high-visibility communications projects that support the Digital organization’s strategic priorities. This role blends project management expertise with strong writing and content development skills to produce high-quality deliverables for internal stakeholders and end users. The Digital Project Manager works closely with product teams, clinical and technical leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and in alignment with organizational priorities – while also creating clear, compelling content and campaign materials that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
The Digital Project Manager participates in broader Digital work, including but not limited to mentoring peers and more junior team members; representing the Digital Communications team to external entities, and collaborating in the development of strategic frameworks and tools. The Digital Project Manager will work closely with colleagues in Digital and MGB Enterprise Communications and Marketing departments.
What You'll Do
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital communications projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and in scope.
Write, edit, and produce clear, engaging content for multi-channel campaigns, including emails, intranet articles, FAQs, talking points, presentations, and visual assets.
Develop project goals, scope, and work plans in collaboration with stakeholders, using recognized project management methodologies.
Create and maintain timelines, track milestones, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Translate complex technical and clinical information into accessible, audience-appropriate messages.
Coordinate with Digital Communications, technical, clinical and cross-functional teams to ensure project plans and key messaging align with enterprise standards and brand guidelines.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee external deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
Monitor project and campaign performance, provide regular status updates to leadership, and recommend improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance business value, streamline processes, and expand communication capabilities.
Evaluates key data and analytics related to process, outcome, and survey metrics to evaluate the success of the program, inform the revision/evolution of the program, and meet internal performance goals
