Join our Digital Engagement & Discovery team and help shape, plan and deliver high?value digital solutions across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment and brings strong delivery discipline, commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership.

 

About the Role

Frame digital opportunities, including delivery approach, resourcing, timelines and high?level budgets

Lead business analysis, solution optioning and vendor selection (tenders/RFPs)

Develop Digital Solution Proposals with CTR (Cost, Time, Resource) estimates

Manage end?to?end project delivery aligned to WMS and DDS frameworks

Build detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource models

Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams and manage vendor performance

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication

Proactively manage risks, issues and delivery performance

Ensure smooth transition of solutions into operations and support

About You

Proven experience delivering digital projects end?to?end

Background in the resources sector (preferred)

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and relationship?building capability

Commercially savvy with vendor and contract management experience

Continuous improvement mindset
